Tearaway releases on the PS Vita this week, with the game already available in Australia and New Zealand. To celebrate the launch of the game, Media Molecule have release the game’s launch trailer and a special Media Molecule trailer. In addition, if you are still unsure about the game, you’ll be able to download a trial version of the game on Friday, with the option to unlock the full version.
Sony has announced three new PS Vita bundles which come of Media Molecule’s Tearaway, which releases this week. The three bundles cater for different budgets, but all come with a Wi-Fi PS Vita and a copy of the game (retail or digital version). The cheapest bundle includes the console and a retail copy of the game, while the UK-exclusive bundle includes the console, digital versions of Tearaway and LittleBigPlanet and a 16 GB memory card.
Media Molecule have released a new video for upcoming PS Vita title, Tearaway, which is out later this month. The trailers, titled “A World Of Paper” and “The Official Paper”, talks about the paper the game is made from, and the papercraft models that you’ll be able to make once the game comes out. It also details Tearaway.me, which will be the community site for the game, where all your in-game photos and papercraft plans will be stored and shared from.
With just over 3 weeks to go until release, Media Molecule has announced that Tearaway on the PS Vita has gone gold in all regions. This means that the game is ready for manufacturing and then off to stores ready for sale. The game is available for pre-order at retailers and on the PlayStation Store for just £19.99.
Media Molecule’s upcoming titles is available to pre-order on the PlayStation Store in Europe, available for just £19.99 – £10 cheaper than what LittleBigPlanet when it first launched. In addition, the two pre-order bonuses are also available via the PlayStation Store.
MediaMolecule, developers of LittleBigPlanet and upcoming PS Vita title Tearaway, have released a new behind-the-scenes video talking about the game’s world, story and music. Sony’s Gamescom press conference focused on new games coming to the PS4, PS3 and PS Vita, and with so many announcements to make, previously announced games didn’t get much stage time. Media Molecule have officially delayed the release date for their upcoming PS Vita title, Tearaway, as the development team require some more time to complete the game. The game will now miss it’s October 22nd / 23rd release date in North America and Europe and will instead release a month later, on November 22nd in both territories.
