It looks like Sony has a real treat in store for PS Vita owners at Gamescom next week. An “anonymous” source reveals that Sony will be releasing a number of previously announced Apps for the PS Vita, including Wake Up Club, Travel Bug and Ecolibrium next week.
Wake Up Club was last revealed at E3 in June, and is scheduled for Summer release. Apps like Travel Bug, Ecolibrium and Imaginstruments were never given a firm release date, but its appears that Sony will be release these apps next week to boost the PS Vita’s reputation and increase sales.
We’ve filed this as a rumor until we know for sure, but with less than a week to go until Sony’s Press Conference, we will find out soon enough.
